EcoServe Cool Packs provide a simple, efficient way to deliver chilled buffet service across the Edge collection. Available in two formats — Edge Rectangle GN 1/1 and Edge Lumi, Large Round — each Cool Pack is designed to fit seamlessly into its corresponding EcoServe Edge Lumi base. Just freeze the Cool Pack, place it onto the unit, and load pre-chilled dishes on top. Ideal for salads, seafood, desserts, and all chilled menu items.

Our promise

Switching to EcoBurner significantly lowers the impact on our environment. We work with Carbon Footprint Ltd. to analyse and compare carbon emissions using EcoBurner fuel compared to gel and wick chafing fuels and induction buffets. The latest comparison study in December 2020 showed that in a typical three-hour catering event, EcoBurner emitted just 159 gCO2e while ethanol gel was 723 gCO2e.
