Cool Pack for EcoServe GN
Simply freeze the Cool Pack in the freezer overnight and place on top of an EcoServe GN unit to allow you to serve chilled foods as part of the buffet. Having this flexibility to easily change the use of your EcoServe is ideal for adjusting the menu according to your needs without having to change your equipment entirely. This GN Cool Pack comes in two pieces combined to fit and securely dock onto an EcoServe GN.

Switching to EcoBurner significantly lowers the impact on our environment. We work with Carbon Footprint Ltd. to analyse and compare carbon emissions using EcoBurner fuel compared to gel and wick chafing fuels and induction buffets. The latest comparison study in December 2020 showed that in a typical three-hour catering event, EcoBurner emitted just 159 gCO2e while ethanol gel was 723 gCO2e.
